
In April 2025, the Sacco upgraded its Core Banking System from Microsoft Navision 2017 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Members are now able to interact with the Sacco services through the web portal and the mobile app.Services available via the two applications include member statements, guarantors’ information, loan application via the member portal and funding of share capital, deposits and loan repayment directly through the Mobile app, ‘Kewisco Pap’ operating jointly with M-Pesa. The services are available 24/7 thus greatly improving operational efficiency. Management undertakes to continue improving the two applications to ensure that they are more user friendly and enhance service delivery. We urge our members to take advantage of these new developments as they will improve access to Sacco services as well as enhance their experience.
